This document describes the methodology for the evaluation of pilot programs aimed at strengthening the activities of the supply chain in Guatemala. This document is part of the implementation of the Technical Standard for the management of medicines and related products in Health Area Directorates, in the DAS of San Marcos, Huehuetenango, Quiché and Sololá. The document includes examples of how to calculate indicators for selection, storage, distribution of medicines, etc.
